Room was warm and clean. Staff was very friendly when I arrived and explained everything to me very well. Location so close to the train station was key to me and made it easy to walk there and also walk to the other locations I was there to see such as the symphony hall and to restaurants.

The room room-though small- was comfortable and clean. The lady who welcomed us at the front desk was very friendly and informative. The hotel's rate was very competitive, and I am inclined to look at Easy Hotel for future short stays- particularly where they work well for travel connections. The Birmingham Hotel was perfectly located for the central train station.

This is a very basic hotel. great if you are on a budget. It does all the essentials very well. very good for people travelling alone who just want somewhere to sleep there is a comfortable bed, tv ensuite room is well designed for the space.

Room is clean, budget affordable hotel. It is like a dorm room. A bit cozy, newly built hotel. The stay was overall comfortable.

I loved the staff, eventhough working on Christmas day, made me feel so welcome and happy. The location is absolutely stellar for travelers like me. There is a 24/7 convenience store around the corner, a mall, the central station, and lots of restaurants.

Immaculately clean room and bathroom. All the receptionists which covered the desk had immaculate manners. Very comfy bed. Pleasantly impressed with excellent room and lighting design.

Clean, great location. Only a couple of minutes from New Street station and the centre of town. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Very friendly, very helpful staff. Cheap, basic accommodation.

After a terrible day, with a cancelled flight at Birmingham Airport, I booked the hotel last minute and arrived quite late in the evening. A lady called Amina was working at the check-in desk, and she was very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have a warm welcome and an easy check-in process. The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from New Street Station, which is very handy, I was surprised at how quiet it was considering its location. It is a no frills hotel, but that was perfect for me, clean, comfortable, simple. Thank you.

It's exactly what it pretends to be - A simple no-frill room in a perfect location for a price that is perfectly on-par with similar places these days. It does what it needs to do, offer you a comfortable place to sleep at night with a warm shower with good water pressure, plugs and lights in the right places in the room, with easy check-in. Let's see how those hotels fare in the long-run, but if they are properly maintained, there's no reason to stay in more of those in the future. Not the place to book if you want a nice cosy place with a kettle to spend hours a day, but exactly what you want when you're out all day and just a good place to sleep at!
